Data recipients and hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Necessary technical data may be processed by hosting providers and related infrastructure providers. Email and telephone communications are also processed by the respective service providers. Authorised staff and contracted suppliers may be involved in the business relationship to the extent necessary.
Services with international infrastructure may involve transfers outside the EEA. Vercel’s information on processing and contractual safeguards is available in its Privacy Notice and DPA. The specific arrangements depend on the selected plan and the hosting contract terms. Enabling additional measurement providers requires an updated overview and a new consent choice.
How long we retain data
- We retain your cookie choice in the browser for no more than 180 days; you can change it or delete the data earlier.
- For an enquiry that does not lead to cooperation, we follow Obchodniq’s retention rule: no more than 12 months from the last communication, unless retention is necessary for a legal claim.
- We retain contractual and accounting documentation for the duration of cooperation and in accordance with the statutory retention or limitation periods applicable to each document.
- Technical operational logs are subject to the hosting provider’s retention settings; their purpose is operation and security, rather than advertising profiling.
Cookies and withdrawal of consent
Optional measurement does not load before an active choice. You can enable analytics and marketing separately, refuse all optional tools, or change your consent later through . Your rights
Depending on the nature of the processing, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. We normally handle requests within one month. You also have the right to contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. You provide data for a non-binding enquiry voluntarily; however, we cannot respond without contact details. This website does not carry out automated decision-making with legal effects.

This information describes the Marketaq website. For a client campaign, the roles of controller and processor are defined according to the specific processing. Information about recording sales calls and processing them with AI is provided separately by Obchodniq; merely visiting Marketaq does not create a telephone recording.
