1. Who provides the services
The service provider is Obchodniq s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 29714443, with its registered office at Sokolská 1883/8, Nové Město, 120 00 Praha 2, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 451219. Marketaq is this provider’s marketing brand. For enquiries and contractual communications, use ahoj@obchodniq.cz.
These terms govern cooperation with businesses. The precise scope of services and commercial terms are set out in a proposal or agreement confirmed in writing; in the event of a conflict, that specific agreement takes precedence.
2. Proposal and formation of the agreement
Submitting an enquiry, having a consultation or viewing the website does not create an obligation to order a service. Cooperation begins only when both parties confirm its scope and terms in writing, for example by contract or email. These terms are made available to the client before confirmation.
3. What the services may include
As agreed, we provide marketing strategy, advertising campaigns, content, creative assets, conversion-focused pages, SEO/GEO, measurement and lead generation. Campaigns may use Meta Ads, Google Ads, Sklik, X Ads or LinkedIn Ads. Sales follow-up on contacts through our sister brand Obchodniq is agreed as part of the specific engagement.
We choose channels and methods according to the product, industry and available materials. We provide services with professional care; search rankings, citations in AI answers and the behaviour of advertising platforms are not entirely within our control.
4. Commission-based fees
Marketaq also offers cooperation based entirely on commission for agreed results. This model follows a pilot. The pilot terms, commission amount and calculation, and the method of substantiating results are set out in the written proposal.
Before work begins, it must be clear which result entitles us to a fee and how it is assessed. The proposal defines any payments to third parties. This website does not set a universal commission rate.
5. Materials, approvals and access
The client supplies up-to-date, truthful information about their offer and materials they are entitled to use. Advertising accounts, budgets, publication and access permissions are managed according to the agreed process. Necessary changes to materials or delays in approval may affect the schedule.
Without a further agreement, we are not authorised to bind the client in relation to their customers. The terms offered to end customers and any permissions required for telephone outreach must suit the specific campaign.
6. Deliverables and confidentiality
The proposal defines the rights to use deliverables, the handover of accounts and materials, and the involvement of third parties. Third-party materials and licences remain subject to their own terms. We use non-public business information for the agreed cooperation and do not disclose it to unauthorised persons.
7. Personal data
The operation of this website is described in the Privacy Policy. If we process a client’s contact database or prospective customer data, we agree the appropriate roles, instructions and processing terms before any data is transferred. Passing a contact between marketing and sales does not constitute automatic consent to any further marketing.
8. Duration and resolving issues
The duration of cooperation, termination, settlement of work in progress and payment due dates are governed by the agreement. Please report any defect or concern to ahoj@obchodniq.cz with a description of the situation and supporting materials; we will agree on a remedy. These website terms do not themselves introduce automatic renewal or contractual penalties.
9. Final provisions
Cooperation is governed by Czech law. An agreement is subject to the version of these terms made available to the parties when it was concluded. A new version on the website does not itself change an earlier agreement.
